OUR CONCEPT

Studio Move is built on a holistic health and wellbeing concept designed to connect mind, body, and soul. Each session is thoughtfully created to bring you back into balance by working with the power of the four elements.

We begin with Air. Every class starts with intentional breathwork, allowing you to slow down, clear your mind, and gently transition from the demands of the day into the present moment.

We then move into Fire. Through carefully guided Pilates exercises, the body warms up as muscles are toned, lengthened, and strengthened. You will feel the burn while building balanced, sustainable strength from the inside out.

The session closes with Earth. A grounding meditation helps calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation, leaving you feeling stable, centered, and at ease.

Finally, Water invites integration. After class, enjoy a hydrating drink to nourish your body and complete the experience.

The Studio Move method combines breathwork, Pilates, and meditation to enhance posture, mobility, and inner awareness. 

You leave each session feeling grounded, connected, and fully aligned — in both mind and body.

ENERGIZE &
SCULPT

A high-intensity class designed to build strength, power and endurance.
Perfect for days when you feel full of energy and want a sweaty, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong.

FLOW &
TONE

A high-intensity session with fluid, seamless transitions.
Ideal when you’re energised and want to move continuously, tone the body and enjoy an uplifting, dynamic flow.

REGENRATE &
BALANCE

A medium-intensity class for days when your energy is low but you still want to move.
We focus on regenerating the body through controlled movement, helping you restore balance and feel refreshed without overload.

FORM

A low-intensity class centred on technique and fundamentals.
Perfect when you want to refine your form, return to foundational movements and build a strong, safe base for your practice.

OUR OFFER

GROUP CLASSES

REFORMER:

Our Reformer classes are limited to 4 people only. This ensures that the coach can really check and correct each participant. No matter if you are a beginner or a pro we will adapt the intensity to your needs.

MAT WORKSHOPS:

Our Mat Pilates workshops are community events with up to 20 participants, often followed by a brunch or networking event.

PRIVATE CLASSES

The private class is a 1-1 session which can either be on the Reformer or on the Mat.
This workout is created based on your specific needs and tailored to your personal goals.
