SCULPT

A high-intensity class designed to build strength, power and endurance.
Perfect for days when you feel full of energy and want a sweaty, full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong.

TONE

A high-intensity session with fluid, seamless transitions.
Ideal when you’re energised and want to move continuously, tone the body and enjoy an uplifting, dynamic flow.

REGENRATE &
BALANCE

A medium-intensity class for days when your energy is low but you still want to move.
We focus on regenerating the body through controlled movement, helping you restore balance and feel refreshed without overload.

Perfect when you want to refine your form, return to foundational movements and build a strong, safe base for your practice.

OUR OFFER

GROUP CLASSES

Our Reformer classes are offered in two studios with 4 and 8 Reformers. This allows us to maintain small group training while ensuring individual attention, hands-on corrections, and intensity adapted to every level — from beginners to advanced.

PRIVATE CLASSES

The private class is a 1-1 session which can either be on the Reformer or on the Mat.
This workout is created based on your specific needs and tailored to your personal goals.
